 WaggyBaggy has a strap that slips through the handle of any leash and uses velcro to attach back onto itself.  Store your clean-up sack in your WaggyBaggy and  when you've used it,
simply put it back in the bag.
The pocket is a great place for a personal hand wipe.
 
The bags are made of  vinyl, cotton or cotton blend.
